Return Policies

10 days for Mobile Phones, Smartphones and GSM Phones. (Restocking fee applies)
14 days for Mobile Phone related Accessories.

Return Rules:

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by wire transfer, check or cash (in-store) will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.

If any of the above conditions are not met, eMousy.com reserves the right to refuse or return the item at the customers expense.

Restocking Fees on Mobile Phones, Smart Phones and GSM Phones:

These are the standard restocking fees that will be charged on all phone returns. NO EXCEPTIONS

25% restocking fee on all opened phones.

Defective units can be exchanged for the same model only

 

An additional 5% restocking fee will apply on all returned phones missing any of the original contents, plus the retail cost of the item as listed on eMousy.com, if available.

Restocking Fees on Mobile Phone Related Accessories:

eMousy.com reserves the right to charge a restock fee of not less than 25% on returned accessories that are not returned in “Like-New” condition.

We cannot Accept Returns on:
Blister-packed items once opened.

Any Phones with Liquid Damage (Water Damage), Physical Damage.
Software once opened.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, digital memory, tapes, batteries, etc.
Items Past our 30 Policy

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Before returning any product us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice and automatically returned.
     
  • To obtain a RMA, please e-mail us at support@eMousy.com (request must contain your full name, order number and contact phone number) or call at (516) 717-5533. RMA number once issued is only valid for 5 days only from the date of issuance.
     
  • Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees or missing parts fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition.
